EasyVista introduces new service Analytics

EasyVista has introduced a new service Analytics, which helps organisations run efficient ITSM operations by providing insight into the quality of their offering set-up, predicting where potential issues may impact the business and monitoring the performance over time through detailed reports.

The company said that the Analytics is a free, complementary module for its SaaS customers, which provides comprehensive and key performance indicators (KPIs), enables organisations to view, monitor and analyse their operations and perform quality audits automatically.

The company claims that through Analytics, organisations can anticipate problems and take immediate action, instead of waiting for user feedback, accelerating ITSM performance and the improvement cycle and maximising the total cost of ownership.

The Analytics offers personalised report for client, with features including, benchmarks; discovery; predictions; recommendations; monitoring; and transparency.
