Aims to increase its market adoption of UC offerings among medium to large-sized Australian enterprises

ShoreTel, a provider of IP phone systems with integrated unified communications (UC), has signed a reseller partnership with communication offerings integrator, GlobalConnect Australia.

ShoreTel aims to work with GlobalConnect to increase its market adoption of UC offerings among medium to large-sized Australian enterprises.

The all-in-one unified communications offerings (IP phone systems with integrated unified communications offerings) of ShoreTel enables organisations to boost up their employee productivity, and to reduce the costs associated with complexity.

GlobalConnect Australia managing director Pushkar Taneja said that the decision to partner with ShoreTel strengthens' its unified communications offerings portfolio, and improves customer choice.

"The latest unified communications capabilities allow end users to move between voice, video, and data whether they are working from their desktop, home office or on the road.

"Business communications can have an increased impact on the bottom line, and collaboration can happen naturally," Taneja said.
